Job Details

• Pay : $115,000-120,000 / Yr

Schedule : Flexible work schedule depending on the candidate 4 or 5 day work week

Will work 3 8's and 1 12 Monday through Thursday and a occasional Sat (6 times a year)

Provider should have had their own patient panel in past

Working days per year : 205

Pat. Pop. : Seeing all ages of patients - Acute Chronic patient care

ppd : 16-18 patients per day

Experience : ~2 years Experience in Primary Care / Urgent Care is ideal
