Freelance Ruby Software Developer

A company is looking for a Freelance Software Developer (Ruby) / Quality Assurance (AI Trainer).

Key Responsibilities

Code generation and review, along with prompt evaluation and complex data annotation

Training and evaluating large language models while adapting guidelines for new domains

Collaborating with project leads and engineers on complex projects across multiple programming languages

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Software Development, Computer Science, or related fields

At least 3 years of professional experience with Ruby testing frameworks and automation tools

Advanced level of English (C1) or above

Experience with test integration in CI / CD environments and familiarity with containerization technologies

Proficient in code review, quality analysis, and generating high-quality documentation
