Experience working in regulated or GMP environments. Hands-on experience handling controlled substances (Schedule I–V). Familiarity with production equipment and troubleshooting processes. Strong documentation skills with high attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and dynamic work environments. Basic understanding of manufacturing or laboratory workflows. Commitment to safety, compliance, and regulatory standards. Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in cold / noisy environments with PPE. Strong teamwork and communication skills for collaborative environments.

Summary
The role supports manufacturing operations by following SOPs and quality systems, handling production documentation, operating equipment, and performing quality checks to meet daily production goals in a regulated, safety-critical environment. It’s suitable for candidates with varying education / experience levels and offers training support for motivated applicants.
Responsibilities
- Follow all Manufacturing SOPs and Quality System requirements.
- Accurately complete production documentation (weights, times, dates, in-process entries).
- Operate and adjust manufacturing equipment (e.g., conveyors, speed control).
- Perform quality control checks and troubleshoot process issues.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Adhere to safety and regulatory procedures for Schedule I–V materials.
