Responsibilities:

• Perform carpet cleaning services using industry-leading equipment and techniques.
• Inspect carpets for stains, damage, and other issues before cleaning.
• Apply appropriate cleaning solutions and methods tailored to different carpet types.
• Maintain and operate cleaning equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
• Document work performed and report any additional services required.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on cleaning techniques and technologies.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in carpet cleaning preferred.
• Previous experience in carpet cleaning or a related field is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physical tasks.
• Strong work ethic and reliability; punctuality is a must.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new cleaning technologies and methods.
