About The Position

Job Title : Physical Therapist Profession : Therapy / Rehabilitation Specialty : PT Outpatient Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Day Hours per Shift : 8 Experience : 1 year License : State License required Certifications : BLS Must-Have : - Experience in general orthopedics, neurology, and rehabilitation for disabilities and generalized weakness - Familiarity with charting systems, particularly Epic - Travel experience required Description : This position involves outpatient therapy but may occasionally include inpatient duties. The work schedule will be from 07 : 30 to 16 : 00. You will be expected to manage an average of 10 patient visits per day. Candidates must be comfortable working in regions prone to hurricanes, with additional responsibilities during storm events. You are agreeing to be part of an emergency response team if necessary. It is essential that you are licensed in the state and possess the required certifications. You will work with a diverse patient population including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Experience with various conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation and neurological disorders, is preferred.
