The Entry Level Team Member will immerse themselves in the complete suite of services, build skills in account management, and help customers find their perfect fit.

As an Entry Level Team Member, your role is to make tech feel simple—Verizon-style. The Entry Level Team Member guides customers through device selections, wireless plan comparisons, Fios eligibility, and 5G Home Internet setup, then handles activations and follow-ups with precision. Along the way, you’ll build communication, product mastery, and a reputation for reliability.
