Seeking a Dental Front Office Manager to join our team!

Compensation : $25-35 / hr based on experience.

Schedule : M-F.

Our ideal Dental Office Manager has an understanding of dental insurance and payments, can manage the various tasks of the front desk including : collecting patients' payments, sending out statements, verifying insurance prior to appointments, providing our accountant reports from our management software, confirming appointments, reviewing treatment plans with patients, and tracking lab cases for timely completion.

Duties for our Dental Insurance, specifically, include :

  • Verifying the patient’s health insurance benefits.
  • Reviewing insurance benefits with patients.
  • Posting payments, managing late payments, etc.
  • Tracking non-paid insurance claims.
  • Processing insurance payments and refunds.
  • Entering data and generating reports
