Project Manager II - Syracuse, NY (Hybrid)

We're hiring a Project Manager II to support a multibillion semiconductor facility build in the Syracuse region. This multi-decade infrastructure program requires a PM skilled in financial analysis, scheduling, field coordination, and cross-functional leadership.

What You'll Do

Manage project scope, schedule, and budget for assigned workstreams.

Analyze cash flows, financials, schedules, and weekly performance metrics.

Prepare and deliver weekly reports and forecasts.

Lead meetings, drive task follow-ups, and ensure accountability.

Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and permitting agencies.

Serve as the on-site PM during active construction phases.

Support permitting activities and project documentation.

Ensure compliance with PM methodologies and safety standards.

What You Bring

5-6 years of relevant project management experience (utilities, construction, industrial, or infrastructure preferred).

Strong analytical capabilities with experience in cash flow and financial analysis.

Ability to review schedules, interpret variances, and report impacts.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite & Outlook.

Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Bonus experience : SAP, Procore, and power / plant / utility project exposure.

Pay : $60-$65 / hr.
