Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Process payroll including calculation of wages deductions and submission of payroll taxes.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures including journal entries and ledger adjustments.
• Track and reconcile inventory movements including raw materials WIP and finished goods specific to manufacturing operations.
• Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets and income statements for management review.
• Support costing activities by tracking production expenses and contributing to COGS calculations.
