Are you a customer service-oriented individual located in Amarillo, TX? Street Toyota is looking for a Service Porter to manage vehicle traffic on the service drive and assist with vehicle deliveries. Compensation :

$22,890 - $25,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Greet and assist customers as they arrive in the service lane, directing them to the appropriate service advisor
• Work with the Service Advisor to complete tasks such as keeping track of keys, driving vehicles from service stalls, following dealership display standards, fielding customer requests, and other assigned duties
• Interact with customers when needed
• Manage vehicle flow in our service stalls, service lane, service drive, and within the parking lot
• Keep the service lane and surrounding areas clean and organized by removing debris and maintaining order
• Assist in preparing the vehicle for service by performing basic maintenance tasks
• Label and organized vehicle keys and tags to maintain an efficient tracking system
• Monitor and report any vehicle damage or safety concerns
• Follow all dealership policies and safety procedures
