Partnerships Operations Associate

A company is looking for a Partnerships Operations Associate to support and scale private sector partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the accuracy and completeness of partner data, including commercial terms and reporting cadence

Produce regular partner usage reports and proactively resolve discrepancies

Support management of existing partner contracts, including usage validation and invoice reconciliation

Required Qualifications

Experience in partner operations, customer operations, or revenue operations, ideally in SaaS or data-driven environments

Strong comfort working with usage data, reporting, and metrics

Familiarity with commercial workflows such as contracts and invoicing

Proven ability to manage processes end-to-end with attention to detail

Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product and GTM teams in fast-moving environments
