Are you a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) passionate about helping students municate, learn, and succeed all from the fort of your home? Were seeking skilled and passionate virtual clinicians to support K12 students across Florida for the remainder of the 20252026 school year .

This is a fully remote, 1099 contract position ideal for SLPs who want flexibility, professional independence, and the chance to make a real difference in students lives through virtual therapy.

What Youll Do :

Provide direct, evidence-based speech-language therapy to K12 students in a virtual setting.

Conduct speech, language, and munication assessments aligned with each students IEP goals.

Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in accordance with IDEA and Florida Department of Education (FLDOE) standards.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education teams to support student progress and munication development.

Attend virtual IEP meetings, plete documentation, and maintain pliance with Florida education and licensure regulations .

Utilize engaging, interactive online therapy tools to deliver effective virtual sessions.

What Youll Need :

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a regionally accredited university REQUIRED .

Active Florida license issued by the Florida Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology REQUIRED .

ASHA Certificate of Clinical petence (CCC-SLP) REQUIRED .

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a school-based setting REQUIRED .

Strong understanding of IDEA , IEP development , and Florida school-based service delivery standards.

Excellent munication, organization, and collaboration skills.
