PRESCREENING- MUST BE ABLE TO SRUB / TECH for BRONCHS, EGD and Colons. Please don't submit if they cannot tech for these. Pre-Screen Question : Do they have scrub / tech experience in Bronch cases? Position / Specialty : Endo RN Years of experience REQ : 2 years. First timers accepted : No. Certs REQ : ACLS & BLS Is on-call REQ? Yes. What is the req? Rotating call. Will the clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes. Locals accepted : Yes. What is the local radius rule? $15 off bill rate for travelers who reside within 50 miles of their assigned IU Health Facility Pending License accepted : No. IN-STATE LICENSE / REQUIRED CERTS MUST BE IN HAND TO SUB RTO Restrictions : Must work 2 / 3 major holidays. Guaranteed Hours : 8 and 10 hr. shifts - 40 hrs. in one workweek. 3, 12 hr. shifts - 36 hrs. in one workweek. 4, 12 hr. shifts - 48 hrs. in one workweek.
