Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue, increase attach rates, and acquire new clients across various customer segments
Create a territory plan and lead outbound outreach to build a qualified BaaS pipeline
Develop relationships with executive stakeholders and lead discussions with BaaS customers
Required Qualifications
7+ years of customer-facing experience at a leading technology or payments company
Experience building trusted advisor relationships with senior business leaders
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional business partners
Self-starter capable of operating independently to drive business results
Proven experience leading complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements
