Job Description:

• Handle litigation cases, with a focus on construction and complex litigation matters
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare discovery materials
• Assist with trial preparation and represent clients in court hearings
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide legal updates and case progress
• Collaborate with the litigation team to develop case strategies and negotiate settlements

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree
• 2-3 years of litigation experience, preferably in construction and complex litigation
• Admission to the South Carolina State Bar required
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
