CTL Engineering is hiring a Sr. Geotechnical Engineer | Geotech Department Manager!

We provide civil / site design and land surveying, environmental, geotechnical , construction administration & inspection, accident reconstruction, roofing / building envelope, A / V system design, troubleshooting & installation, transportation design (bridge / roadway), and specialized testing services to the construction industry.

We are looking for a PE-credentialed Sr. Geotechnical Engineer who will be a key member, and Department Lead , of the Geotech Team in performing geotechnical explorations and investigations for our clients. You’ll leverage your extensive expertise and creative problem-solving skills while collaborating closely with institutions / municipal agencies, Architects, Engineers, Developers, and project teams to deliver customized geotechnical studies, reports, and solutions. From initial concept development to final execution, this role will guide projects through every stage of the land profile evaluation process, ensuring seamless integration and optimal results.

Highlights :

• Interesting projects ranging from infrastructure, industrial, commercial, and “one-off” / unique engineering.

Typically, the projects are primarily focused on DOT-related (roadway) and airport / runway.

A company vehicle can be provided or reimbursement for personal vehicle use.

Master’s Degree in Geotechnical Engineering or Engineering Geology is a plus, but not required.
