As a vital member of our Emergency Department, the Clinical Nurse plays a critical role in assessing, coordinating, planning, directing, implementing, and managing the care needs of assigned patients throughout their treatment. This position emphasizes ensuring patients progress toward discharge while navigating through their acute care experience. You will be responsible for delivering and coordinating compassionate, competent patient care in various settings, including inpatient and community environments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments, and document necessary care according to policies and regulations.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to understand and assess patients' conditions.
- Regularly assess and evaluate patients' needs and responses to the care provided.
- Utilize sound nursing judgment to make informed patient care management decisions.
- Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
- Administer prescribed medications, both over-the-counter and prescription.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to develop personalized Plans of Care for all patients.
- Guide ancillary staff and uphold the highest standards of professional nursing practice.
Minimum Qualifications :
Graduate from a recognized nursing program (Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree).Active Registered Nurse license.Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC.1-3 years of clinical nursing experience in an Emergency Department, preferably at a large academic Level 1 Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center.Commitment to professional growth through continuing education.Understanding of quality concepts and the ability to apply principles and tools for quality improvement in patient care.Benefits Offered :

Our ED operates 24 / 7 and features a total of 45 rooms including specialized areas for major trauma, resuscitation, pediatrics, and rapid care.
