Enrollment Team Supervisor

A company is looking for an Enrollment Team Supervisor, Lienholder.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and mentor a team of lienholder enrollment specialists, setting performance goals and monitoring KPIs

Ensure timely and accurate onboarding of lienholders, overseeing outbound call campaigns and digital outreach

Develop and maintain SOPs for lienholder enrollment and collaborate with product and engineering teams for process optimization

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)

2+ years in lienholder management, vendor enrollment, or financial operations

2+ years in a supervisory or team lead role

Strong knowledge of ACH / check payment processes and lienholder compliance requirements

Proficiency in CRM and vendor management systems, preferably Salesforce
