You are a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in SC.

You have 1 yr+ home health exp.

You live in / near York and / or Lancaster County.

You are able to commute to Lake Wylie.

You have a valid D.L. , reliable vehicle + auto insurance.

You have Quadriplegic Care Experience

You have Hoyer Lift or Hoyer Type Equipment Experience

You are currently CPR Certified from American Red Cross (ARC) or American Heart Association (AHA) & negative 2-step TB skin test or chest x-ray.

You are able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push / pull, & lift up to 50lbs.
