Remote Account Manager

Adecco is recruiting for Remote Account Managers for one of our clients. These Account Manager positions are temporary opportunities! As an Account Manager, you will manage client relationships and oversee the execution of proxy jobs related to shareholder communications. This role involves coordinating print and mail production, liaising with internal teams and clients, and ensuring smooth operations while adhering to ISO processes and service level agreements. Responsibilities for Account Managers include but are not limited to :

• Coordinate production of print and mail requirements for proxy products.
• Work closely with internal teams (Design, Programming, Production Control, Warehouse) and external departments to meet client specifications.
• Manage job details through proprietary systems such as RADAR, Aardvark, Cosmos Billing, and Event Management.
• Ensure accurate billing and compliance with ISO processes.
• Provide knowledge of services to clients and maintain transparency on job status.
• Investigate and resolve issues promptly, escalating when necessary.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
