Job Description

What You Will Do :

  • Lead train and schedule restaurant team members to deliver seamless service across every shift.
  • Support daily operations by resolving guest concerns quickly and independently ensuring exceptional experiences from arrival to check-out.
  • Ensure opening and closing side work is completed accurately and consistently.
  • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by keeping all equipment and prep areas clean and compliant.
  • Jump in to assist servers and other restaurant associates to keep service smooth and efficient.

    • What We Are Looking For :

  • 2 years of restaurant service experience and at least 1 year of supervisory experiencebecause confident leadership sets the tone for team success.
  • Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or ability to earn within 60 days)essential for ensuring safe compliant service.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs stand / walk for extended periods and bend or squat as neededthis is a hands-on active role.
  • Must meet minimum legal age to serve alcoholensures full oversight of beverage service responsibilities.
  • Flexible availability including mornings nights weekends and holidaysbecause guest needs dont follow a 9-to-5 schedule.
