Production Site Transfer Program Manager
Develop program plans for production site transfers. Develop strategies for successful production transfer and order fulfillment warehouse implementation. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to support successful new product launches. Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve design-related issues and ensure product manufacturability. Support the creation and approval of key Engineering / Design documentation. De-risk development and clear hurdles related to testing, troubleshooting, line bring-up, SOPs, factory flow, and yield. Facilitate production readiness including tooling, process validation, and pilot runs to ensure smooth ramp-up to full-scale production.
Minimum Requirements :
EDUCATION : Master's or foreign equivalent degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering / Operations Management, or a related field.
EXPERIENCE : Three years of experience managing new product development projects.
ALTERNATE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE : Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering / Operations Management, or a related field and five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience managing new product development projects.
SPECIFIC SKILLS : This position also requires education or experience in semiconductor manufacturing; Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility (GR&R) statistical method; process capability analysis; new product development processes including hardware validation, Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, and Design-for-Test; semiconductor manufacturing processes and phase-gate development processes including Engineering Validation Testing, Design Validation Testing, and Production Validation Testing; Business Case Proposals; and program gate review management including prototyping, kick-off, EVT, DVT, and mass production. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.

Compensation : $130,166 - $160,166 per year
