• Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm with 4-5 days per week flexibility
• 18 patients per shift with 16 follow-ups and 2 new consults
• Sole provider practice with resources from other clinic
• 20% hematology patients with anemia focus
• Radiation oncologist onsite 3 days per week
• Small service line with 4 infusion chairs
• Last appointment typically at 4 : 30 pm with mid-day break
