Key Responsibilities
Develop and support the sales pipeline for financial technology solutions
Maintain market and competitor knowledge to engage effectively with prospects
Build relationships with customers and account teams at the C-Level
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in technology or solution sales
Exceptional strategic planning and business development skills
Ability to promote complex technology solutions and manage projects
Experience within Earned Wage Access, HR tech, or fintech is preferred
Strong sales, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills
