Join us as we seek an academic dean, onsite at our Indianapolis campus, to expand and refine our training courses, while providing guidance and inspiration to our faculty and students as well as direct the recruitment, development, and management of a top-notch team dedicated to crafting innovative curricula and programs.

Responsibilities of an academic dean :

• Encourage commitment to the vision and core values of Lincoln Tech
• Provide strategic leadership for all campus academic operations
• Manage academic operations personnel and student success initiatives
• Manage education supervisors who oversee instructional faculty
• Assist in budget preparation by forecasting trends and potential requirements
• Contribute to curriculum development and implementation
• Encourage and support faculty development, training, onboarding, and evaluations
• Focus on faculty recruitment, to ensure qualified instructors for all programs
• Manage student services personnel and ensure effective resources and support are available for students
• Collaborate with campus president on academic strategy and goals
• Ensure effective attendance, retention, and graduation tracking
• Oversee schedule development and academic calendar management
