Payroll Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing payroll accurately and on time, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and company policies. This position plays a critical role in supporting our employees and maintaining financial integrity. The Payroll Clerk will be over :

• Prepare and process payroll for all employees on a regular schedule.
• Verify timekeeping records and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate employee payroll data, including deductions and benefits.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and tax information.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
