MalaceHR is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Safety Specialist to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring a safe working environment for all employees and upholding our commitment to safety standards and regulations.

Job Responsibilities :

• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Develop implement and maintain safety policies and procedures tailored tooperational needs.
• Facilitate training sessions for employees on safety practices emergency response and accident prevention.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses documenting findings and recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with local management and employees to promote a culture of safety across the organization.
• Prepare and present safety reports to management and regulatory bodies as needed.
• Stay current with industry standards and safety regulations making adjustments to policies and procedures as required.
• Assist in the development of safety improvement initiatives and programs to enhance workplace safety.

Pay Range : $40-45 / hour

Shift : Sunday-Wednesday 5pm-3 : 30am
