[job_card.job_description]Experience - 1+ years of experience with employee benefits and / or administrative role License - Active Life & Health License or willing to obtain upon hire Software - Experience with MS Office, Outlook, Health Connect, AMS 360 Knowledge - Planning, organizing skills, and taking accountability for all tasks provided Assist the Account Manager with preparing the necessary documents Responsible for benefits administration such as creating new hire packets and open enrollment for all clients Assist with administrative duties i.e. opening and distributing mail, upkeep accurate / detailed documentation, and recordkeeping Work with the team to improve workflow, documentation, and communication
