POSITION SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE: The Shipping & Receiving Representative I is responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment of copier supplies that lead to a high level of client satisfaction. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1.Perform accurate and timely filling and shipment of orders using the manifest system.2.Assist in unloading UPS, SpeeDee, FedEx, and ground shipments.3.Receive and put away supplies and parts daily in the proper warehouse location.4.Ship parts for Technicians daily while meeting deadlines.5.Conduct inventory cycle counts of copier parts and supplies quarterly while maintaining accurate bin locations.6.Close out the manifest system daily.7.Deliver internal shipments to proper personnel.8.Provide backup to other Shipping & Receiving team members when they are out including becoming cross-trained in their areas.9.Accurately maintain and comply with documentation and administrative procedures on a timely basis including the time entry process.10.Attend required company and departmental meetings.11.Perform other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a shipping and receiving or similar role preferred.

• 1. Proficiency with business collaboration tools such as MS Office applications, vendor software and company specific programs.
• 2. Well developed organizational and time/task management skills.
• 3. Strong attention to detail.
