Bishop & Company is recruiting for a Service Request Management Support opportunity with our government contracting client at Camp Smith. This is a 100% on-site position.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform highly complex deskside services, including IMAC, build, configuration, and software support.
  • Provide customer assistance with problem source identification and resolution at the customer's desktop or laptop.
  • Serve as the technical focal point for the site or shift, consulting with support groups such as LAN, Admin, Networking, etc.
  • Collaborate with various support groups to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements :

  • CompTIA Security+
  • Strong technical skills and experience in deskside services.
  • Bachelor's degree and 6 years of military / DoD and / or IT experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

    • Security Clearance

    This position is subject to a national security background investigation.

    Pay : $35-$38 / hr
