A company is looking for a Process Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end process reengineering initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer experience
Facilitate journey mapping workshops and design future-state process models
Develop process documentation and support change management efforts for new processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3-5 years of experience in process improvement or operations in complex environments
Experience with process mapping tools and ERP / HRIS systems
Key certifications such as Lean Six Sigma (Green / Black Belt) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are preferred
Familiarity with process performance metrics and continuous improvement practices
