Role Description

We are seeking a full‑time Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and customer engagement. This role is based in Stuart, FL, and at times may require travel during weekends. Responsibilities include developing and managing marketing strategies, overseeing campaigns, creating compelling content, analyzing market trends, and collaborating cross‑functionally with teams to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Campaign Management

Expertise in Content Creation, Copywriting, and Marketing Strategy

Proficiency in Data Analysis, Market Research, and Performance Metrics Evaluation

Experience in branding and driving customer engagement

Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills

Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms

BA or BS degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Experience in the aesthetic industry, healthcare or medical device business is a plus
