We are currently seeking an entry-level VDC Engineer to join our talented group of employees upon graduation in the Summer of 2026.

Who are you?
We’re looking for an entry-level VDC Engineer who’s ready to kickstart their career and help influence innovation through construction technology. Do you have an interest in Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) and a desire to learn how technology supports real-world construction? Great. Are you curious, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow your skills in laser scanning, drone deployment, coordination, and constructability while contributing meaningfully to project teams? Even better.
What will you do as VDC Engineer?
As a VDC Engineer at Skender, you’ll support the planning, coordination, and execution of our VDC processes on active projects. You will work closely with the VDC team, project teams, and trade partners to help ensure models, coordination workflows, and digital deliverables support constructability, field execution, and project success. This role provides exposure to the full project lifecycle, from preconstruction through closeout, while offering opportunities to build technical skills, learn best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement of VDC processes.
