Location : Providence, RI, Pawtucket, RI, Central Falls, RI

Reports To : Program Supervisor

Employment Type : Full-Time - Monday- Friday, 8 hour shifts

Here, your expertise and compassion will help babies and toddlers build the foundation for lifelong growth.

Collaborate closely with families to promote the healthy growth and development of their child through play-based, developmentally appropriate activities.

Deliver in-home and remote physical therapy support services to children with developmental delays or medical conditions.

Partner on evaluations, IFSP planning, and service coordination with a multidisciplinary team.

Document care and communicate progress effectively and professionally.

Support transitions as children age out of Early Intervention.

Participate in supervision, team meetings, and continuous learning.

✅ What You Bring :

Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.

Rhode Island PTA license in good standing.

At least 2 years of experience working with young children, ideally those with special needs.

Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
