This position also supports the programs in developing plans and integrating inputs from all programs. Qualified candidate will interface with all elements of the program team to develop and support regular maintenance of the program IMS. This individual will perform schedule analysis in support of assigned programs and projects. Ensure major projects and program schedules and plans are integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality. Track plans and schedules, perform risk analysis, identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts. Utilize Critical path, Driving Path, Variance metrics, milestone charts, Earned Value Management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas. Ensure compliance with internal program procedures and project control system guidelines per DECM metrics. May lead or participate in scheduling status reviews. / ph3Essential Functions : / h3ulliDevelop integrated master schedules using SOW, and WBS / liliCreate and track plans and schedules, perform risk analysis, and identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts / liliPerform Critical Path Analysis, Schedule Risk Analysis, and Schedule Metric Analysis such as BEI, CEI, CPLI, SPI, etc. / liliManage complex projects or processes with general oversight / liliCommunicate within and outside of own function to gain cooperation on operational processes, practices, and procedures / liliMake / recommend substantial improvements to systems and processes / liliContribute to achievement of departmental goals and operating plans with direct impact on the departmental results / liliPerform regular analysis of program schedules to evaluate program and enterprise-wide resource needs through the integration of all program schedules including metrics on schedule status, critical path analysis, schedule variance analysis, network logic validation and program baseline maintenance including support of Earned Value Management performance metrics / liliEnsure projects and program schedules and plans are integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality / liliEnsure compliance with internal program procedures and project control system guidelines / liliMake significant improvements to processes, systems, solutions, or products to enhance performance of job area as necessary / liliProvide measurable input of new products, processes, or standards in operational plans that will have some impact on the achievement of overall functional results / liliCommunicate within and outside of own function or business area and has responsibility for communicating with parties external to the organization (eg, customers, vendors, etc) when necessary / liliExplain, interpret, and gain cooperation on policies, procedures, and practices / liliConduct extensive investigation to understand root cause of problems. Span a wide range of difficult and unique issues across the function and / or business area / liliAttend and lead scheduling status reviews and conduct briefings with senior leaders which requires ability to communicate matters of importance to the function or business area / liliWork to influence others to accept individual or teams views or practices and changes to concepts, practices, and approaches / liliParticipate in schedule training, engineering, and program excellence organization / liliWork to achieve operational targets within job area with some impact on department results / li / ulh3Qualifications : / h3p Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience; Or Graduate Degree and a minimum of 1 years of prior related experience; Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience / ph3Preferred Additional Skills : / h3ulliMinimum of 2 years of MS Project Experience / liliMinimum of 2 years of Milestones Professional Experience / liliExperience creating and / or maintaining an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and any Supporting Schedules on assigned projects / programs / liliExperience creating and presenting project-level reports, presentations, and deliverables that reflect risk and status to program management and senior management relating to the IMS is required / liliWorking knowledge of Planning Scheduling Excellence Guide (PASEG), Latest Version, EVMS Standard (EIA 748-D), Integrated Product and Process Development (IPPD), and Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) strongly desired / liliMonte Carlo Risk Analysis (Schedule Risk Analysis) / liliAgile Development methodologies associated with EVMS / liliCritical thinking and problem solving / liliAttention to detail and quality of product deliverables / liliEVMS - Earned Value Management Systems / liliFamiliarity with scheduling ad-on tools such as OPDEC, Structured Solutions - SSI tools management, RiskyProject or similar scheduling support software / liliExperience with cost and schedule integration software / liliExperience in macro development / liliAbility to work with a team and on their own / li / ulpIn compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in the state of Washington is $61,500 - $114,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
