A company is looking for a Sr Account Manager - Retirement.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily administration of retirement plans and develop strong client relationships

Research and resolve client issues while collaborating with internal teams

Lead client meetings and mentor new account managers

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a business field or equivalent education / experience

Five years of customer relationship experience, including three years in the retirement industry

Thorough knowledge of retirement plan administration

Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel
