Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and meet them wherever they may be on their car buying journey.
• Demonstrate vehicles, explaining features and benefits of each.
• Address any customer questions and concerns
• Call internet leads promptly and with a clear intent to assist
• Present financing options and assist with paperwork.
• Complete sales contracts and ensure smooth transactions.
• Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure a quality experience.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of vehicle models, features, and specifications.
• Stay informed about industry trends and new vehicle releases.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Sales Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required) clean driving record
