Job Summary

We are looking to add a Project Manager to our team. In this role, you will oversee all aspects the projects progress. You will be taking lead and managing multiple teams and staff members all assembled to work towards a common goal. Your job will be to the daily schedule and ensure all projects are completed and billed on time. Our ideal candidate has management experience, the ability to focus on multiple projects without losing focus on deadlines and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate oneself with internal and external resources
• Visit Sites for project planning
• Develop the projects goals, plans and milestones for each team / crew
• Visit and Oversee Jobs and field inspections
• Visit and Measure Jobs to report on project progress and provide feedback
• Ensure necessary resources are available and allocated to the project
• Assist with billing

Qualifications

• No previous experience as a Project Manager
• Trainable
• Job estimating experience, problem solving capabilities and strong leadership skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks appropriately
• Strong technical skills, software and web technologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication / customer service skills
