We are partnering with a fast-growing, Miami-based organization to identify a high-impact Controller who is ready to play a pivotal role in the company's next stage of growth.

This is a true leadership opportunity with direct exposure to ownership and executive leadership. The Controller will help shape financial strategy, build scalable infrastructure, and drive operational excellence in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee all day-to-day accounting operations and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting

Partner closely with the CFO on strategic initiatives, financial planning, and performance optimization

Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Lead month-end and year-end close processes

Drive budgeting, forecasting, and annual planning activities

Manage external audits and ensure compliance with all accounting standards and regulatory requirements

Lead, mentor, and develop a growing accounting team

Deliver financial insights and recommendations that support executive decision-making

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA strongly preferred)

6–15 years of progressive accounting experience with demonstrated career growth

Strong ERP system experience (NetSuite experience is a plus)

Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership capabilities

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Ability to work on-site in Miami, Monday through Friday
