Location :

  • 100% Remote (U.S.

Based) Compensation :

  • $90,000–$120,000 per year  Extras : Weekly Pay | Equity Opportunity | Bonus Program | Vested Renewals Employment Type : Full-Time | Flexible Hours Overview AO Globe Life is seeking motivated individuals to join our remote team as Client Support Specialists .
  • In this role, you’ll assist families and individuals across the United States in understanding and accessing essential benefit programs.
  • This is a fully remote position with flexible scheduling and structured support.
  • We provide all training, mentorship, and pre-scheduled client consultations—no cold calling or door-to-door outreach required.

  • Responsibilities Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom.
  • Identify client needs and guide them through available benefit options.
  • Explain policies and enrollment steps in a clear, professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate client records and manage follow-up communication.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and build long-term client relationships.
  • Participate in regular training and team meetings to enhance your skills.
  • Qualifications Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, dependable, and able to work independently.
  • Confident using video conferencing platforms and digital tools.
  • Motivated by service-oriented, purpose-driven work.
  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or client relations is helpful but not required.

  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Reliable internet connection and a Windows-based computer with webcam access.
  • Training and Support AO Globe Life provides every team member with thorough onboarding, including product knowledge, compliance standards, and client interaction strategies.
  • Ongoing mentorship and weekly virtual sessions help strengthen communication, leadership, and client service skills.
