Position Overview : Communiboost We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the planning and execution of various projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within scope. You will collaborate closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to facilitate communication and streamline processes. Salary Range : $21.50 - $30.00 per hour Location : Akron, OH

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, goals, and budgets.

Coordinate project activities, resources, and information to ensure tasks are completed on time.

Schedule and facilitate project meetings, taking detailed minutes and distributing them to stakeholders.

Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise, escalating them when necessary.

Prepare and present status reports to project managers and stakeholders.

Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including proposals, reports, and contracts.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

Proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Trello, or Asana.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges as they arise.
