• Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments for patients and residents including those with special needs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings
• Ensure delivery of high-quality nutrition care in alignment with company mission and values
• Apply business practices to support operational efficiency and uphold organizational standards
• Contribute to account revenue and profitability through effective implementation of nutrition services
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient and resident outcomes
