About the Role

Aigeon.ai is an exciting new product built by NewsBreak — the leading platform for local news and information serving tens of millions of users across the United States. Aigeon is reimagining the newsletter and content-monetization space via AI : simplifying creation, audience growth, and monetization of newsletters for content creators and small media brands. We're now scaling our engineering team and seeking a Full Stack Engineer who loves building high-impact product and infrastructure, working across the stack in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end features spanning frontend, backend and infrastructure — you'll own new product experiences and the supporting platform.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Data, and ML teams to translate user needs into scalable, performant solutions.
• Build APIs, microservices, and backend systems that integrate AI models (for content generation, personalization, analytics) with our web and mobile experiences.
• Develop and ship responsive, polished UIs (web and possibly mobile) with clean architecture, high performance, and great UX.
• Ensure the system is secure, robust, scalable — think large-scale user-facing usage, data ingestion, analytics, multi-tenant architecture.
• Contribute to infrastructure decisions (cloud, containers / Kubernetes, CI / CD, monitoring, observability) and help build tooling & automation for engineering velocity.
• Drive code quality (automated tests, code reviews, documentation), mentor junior engineers, and help shape engineering best practices and culture.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is listed below. Pay may vary based on a number of factors including job-related skills, level, experience, geographic location and relevant education or training. At NewsBreak, we design our overall rewards package to attract top talents. Depending on the position, the role may also be eligible for discretionary bonus and options. Annual Base Pay Range

$175,000—$221,000 USD
