They manage around 20-25 patient encounters daily, including admissions and procedures, with a commitment to a 7 on, 7 off schedule. The physician collaborates with various medical teams and utilizes EMR systems to ensure the highest quality of patient care.
Schedule :
7 on, 7 off coverage model - need someone starting May 27th that can commit to a consistent schedule for 2-3 months
12 hour shift, day shifts only
Night coverage is via telemedicine service.
20-25 patient encounters per day (includes admits)
5-6 admissions per day
Procedures :
Intubations - CRNAs on-call 24 / 7
Lines - PICC team on-call 24 / 7 for CVCs; IR available on Tuesday and Thursday
Codes - ED-managed with Hospitalist support (when on-site)
EMR - Meditech
ICU
8-bed open ICU
Tele-pulmonary service available 24 / 7 via video visits
