Outpatient Primary Care Physician Opportunity

An established outpatient practice in a sought-after New England community is looking to add a Board Certified or Board Eligible physician in Family or Internal Medicine. Connect with us today to learn how this role could be a perfect fit for you!

Practice Setting

  • Employed position with a highly respected regional health system
  • Outpatient-only setting with no pediatric cases
  • Option to pick up hospitalist or nursing home shifts if desired
  • Support staff includes a dedicated MA and a shared LPN
  • AI-powered documentation support via ambient scribe technology

Schedule

  • Flexible full-time schedule; choose between 4 full days or 4.5 shorter days
  • 1 : 6 call rotation-physicians only cover their own practice
  • Triage service handles initial after-hours calls

    • Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary : $220,000-$240,000 with potential to earn $325,000-$375,000
  • $12,000 sign-on bonus
  • 4 weeks PTO + 5 CME days + all holidays
  • Comprehensive malpractice coverage, including tail
  • All licensure and DEA expenses covered
  • 403(b) retirement plan with match + access to a 457 plan
  • Full suite of benefits including medical, dental, and vision
