Our office, Gulf Coast Endodontics - Pasadena, in Pasadena, TX, is seeking an Insurance Coordinator to join our busy specialty practice. As an Insurance Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive the maximum benefits from their insurance coverage while delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Your Responsibilities :

• Verify patients' dental insurance coverage and benefits.
• Communicate with insurance companies to obtain pre-authorizations for treatments.
• Assist patients in understanding their insurance coverage and estimated costs.
• Submit accurate and timely insurance claims electronically and via mail.
• Follow up on outstanding insurance claims, appeals, and denials.
• Manage patient balances (AR)
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental insurance policies and industry changes.
• Collaborate with the front desk and clinical teams to ensure accurate patient information and treatment codes.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing insurance-related inquiries and concerns.
• Educate patients on available payment options for uncovered services.

As one of the essential members of our office, you will also help to facilitate / coordinate other office responsibilities as needed.
