Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Current knowledge of technical and regulatory requirements related to clinical programming. Ability to apply programming expertise to problem solving and troubleshooting for teams.

This role will collaborate closely with Data Management and cross-functional teams to generate clinical trial metrics, support data cleaning and reconciliation activities, and contribute to the development and maintenance of CDISC SDTM datasets and source data pipelines.
REQUIRED Qualifications :
- Strong proficiency in R to maintain existing and develop new analyses and datasets
- Hands-on experience working with CDISC SDTM datasets and clinical trial data structures
- Solid understanding of clinical trial workflows and data lifecycle
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team
