• Work closely with radiologists and other medical practitioners to guarantee the delivery of high-quality diagnostic images
• Skillfully operate and maintain imaging equipment, promptly reporting any malfunctions
• Keep thorough documentation of procedures and maintain accurate patient records within electronic medical systems
• Continuously update knowledge of innovative ultrasound techniques and practices

Requirements for Education

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field
• Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program preferred

Certifications Expected

• Current certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or its equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is a plus
