Key Responsibilities
Define and execute enablement programs aligned with go-to-market priorities and mentor team members
Build scalable onboarding programs and ongoing training to ensure rapid ramp-up and sustained performance
Partner with Marketing to coordinate demand generation initiatives for pipeline coverage and consistent lead flow
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in designing and executing enablement programs for SaaS or HR tech companies
Experience in coordinating demand generation initiatives to achieve pipeline coverage goals
Ability to create scalable onboarding and continuous learning programs
Proficiency in CRM systems and enablement platforms for analytics and optimization
Skilled in driving behavioral change and tool adoption across distributed teams
