[job_card.job_description]Accept and dispense prescription medications in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements Monitor medication compliance, over-usage patterns, and patient safety considerations Ensure that prescribed medications are appropriate and safe for patients Maintain accurate, confidential patient records and pharmacy files Counsel patients on proper medication use, dosage, side effects, drug interactions, and general medication questions Provide consultation for both prescription and OTC medications Deliver patient services including smoking cessation support, blood pressure monitoring, and cholesterol management Educate patients on the proper use of medical devices (e.g., blood pressure monitors, glucose meters) Compound medications (internal and external use) and prepare sterile solutions per established protocols Supervise pharmacy staff, including technicians and clerks Manage pharmaceutical and medical supply inventory Identify and address drug-related problems; collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to resolve medication issues Work closely with nurses, pharmacists, pharmacy interns, and other healthcare professionals Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) Active and unrestricted Wisconsin Registered Pharmacist (RPh) license Strong clinical knowledge, patient communication skills, and experience in pharmacy operations Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

- Shift 3 Differential : $6.00 / hr
- Schedule : Evening Shift, 1 : 00 PM – 9 : 30 PM , Monday–Friday, with potential Saturday shifts
- Onsite position
- This position is Contract to Hire
